Sgt. Miles Andrews constructs a baseboard that will be used to build a Military Operations and Urban Terrain training house at Matar al-Saddiq July 19. As part of the U.S. effort to help rebuild the Iraqi army's capabilities, joint training events will routinely take place to ensure that new Iraqi soldiers are well-equipped to handle the full spectrum of Iraqi security.
