Sgt. Major Vincent C. Santiago serves lunch with other senior leadership to Marines after the final U.S. Marine Corps training event of exercise Balikatan in Crow Valley, April 27. The last U.S. Marine Corps event of Balikatan involved cross-training and interoperability field-training exercises. This was the 31st iteration of Balikatan, the annual interoperability exercise with the U.S. military and the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
