A meeting is taking place in what appears to be an Iraqi military officer's office. Two U.S. Army soldiers in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) are seated across from an Iraqi military officer behind a desk. A fourth individual in civilian clothing is visible on the right side of the frame.

The 37th Engineer Battalion (Combat) (Airborne)-Joint Task Force Eagle Commander Lt. Col. Paul Huszar and Command Sgt. Maj. Wayne Durham meet with the 5th Field Army Regiment Commander, Col. Ra'ad, during a Key Leader Engagement, July 20, in Galibiyah, Iraq. The meeting was centered on an engineer castle presentation that the Joint Task Force Eagle MiTT team and engineers from the 5th built together in order to present to their commanders as a symbol of their partnership.
