Toolan is visiting the Marines of Marine Rotational Force – Darwin during his trip around the Pacific. The rotational deployment in Darwin enables Marines to more effectively train, exercise, and operate with partners, by enhancing regional security and building capacity to respond more rapidly to natural disasters and crises throughout that region.
