U.S. Army Spc. Ed Shipp with the 324th Tactical Psychological Operations Company, 7th Psychological Operations Group, hands flyers to a civilian for the dedication of a classroom being built at the Sabang Elementary School in Sabang, Philippines, during exercise Balikatan 2015, April 24. The soldiers walked door to door to ensure that the local civilian populace was properly informed on the date and times for the ceremony.
