Darel Dorsey, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), observes People's Liberation Army (Navy) ship CNS Quilianshan (LPD 999) as it passes while the ship departs Zhanjiang. Blue Ridge conducted a port visit to Zhanjiang to build naval partnerships with China's South Sea Fleet to ensure peace and prosperity for the entire region.
