Capt. Joni A. Ong, the commanding officer of Headquarters and Service Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, stands on a wall just before entering a small man-made pool which marks the end of the endurance course at the Battle Skills Training School on Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 17. The 3.4-mile endurance course features a variety of manmade and natural obstacles such as a walls, culverts, swamps and water-filled trenches.
