U.S. Navy corpsmen with Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 26, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), treat a simulate casualty during casualty care training at Fort Pickett, Va., April 21, 2015. CLB 26 practiced the handling, care and transportation of wounded personnel as the 26th MEU conducted a mock raid. The corpsmen were able to stabilize the mock injuries in fewer than 15 minutes after they arrived to the combat casualty care facility. The 26th MEU and its supporting elements are conducting realistic urban training in preparation for deployment to the 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility later this year.
