A military helicopter, appearing to be an MH-60 Seahawk, hovers over a sandy beach while personnel fast-rope down to the ground below. Multiple armed soldiers are already on the beach in tactical positions, with several watercraft visible in the background on the ocean. This appears to be a military amphibious assault training exercise or demonstration.
