Soldiers from the U.S. Army Reserve 399th Tactical Psychological Operations Company out of San Marcos, Texas, interface with local residents of El Coco, El Salvador, during a medical readiness training exercise organized for their benefit as part of Beyond the Horizon 2015. For Beyond the Horizon 2015, the 399th soldiers have conducted an information campaign to educate locals about the benefits and free services provided at the MEDRETE as well as organizing transportation for many residents who would otherwise have been incapable of traveling to the event.
