Spc. Ivan Reyes, a native of Waco, Texas, carpenter with the 277th Engineer Company, 46th Engineer Combat Battalion (Heavy), 225th Engineer Brigade, weaves ties through sniper screen fabric into a chain linked fence during night operations at Joint Security Station Zafaraniyah July 18. The engineers then propped the structure up atop a 10-foot wall to provide force protection for Soldiers staying there.
