The U.S. Marines and Filipino Marines were able to learn each other’s standard operating procedures for corrective maintenance on several logistical vehicles. Exercise Balikatan is a bilateral training exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military to increase interoperability. Kelly is an engineer equipment mechanic currently assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group.
