The opening day of the 2015 Best Ranger Competition includes the Ranger Malvesti Obstacle Course, three Buddy Runs, A Pond Swim, Urban Assault Course, Spot Jump, Stress Shoot, Land Navigation and a Foot March ending at Camp Rogers, April 10, 2015, at Fort Benning. The competition was started in 1982 as a way to honor Lt. Gen. David E. Grange, Jr. and seeks to determine the best two-man team from the entire United States Armed Forces.
