Staff Maj. Gen. Habib Al-Husseini reviews the U.S. - Iraqi security agreement at a combined security partnership conference hosted by Col. Peter Newell, commander, 4th Brigade, 1st Armored Division. Leaders from Iraqi security forces and 4th Bde., 1st Armd. Div. participated in the conference July 11 at Contingency Operating Base Adder. ISF leaders were invited to the brigade headquarters to strengthen partnership and improve security coordination in Dhi Qar, Muthanna and Maysan provinces.
