A paratrooper with 2nd Battalion, 319th Airborne Field Artillery Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division Artillery checks the new Q-50 Counter Mortar Fire Radar System during the Combined Joint Operational Access Exercise here on Fort Bragg, N.C. The Q-50 was designed to replace the Q-47, and once it is cleared to be airdropped will allow greater capabilities and coverage for airborne units once they hit the ground. (Capt.
