Michael Stiglitz, commodore of 1st Navy Expeditionary Logistics Regiment, gives his closing remarks during a change of command ceremony held aboard Yorktown Naval Weapons Station/Chetham Annex. First NELR is the only active duty regiment of Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group (NAVELSG). NAVELSG provides expeditionary logistics capability for the Navy and joint service customers.
