    Sgt. Martin V. Arcilla from Alameda, Calif., who is assigned to the Continental United States Replacement Battalion, uses a lensatic compass to find the azimuth of a known distance point during the warrior tasks and battle drills phase of the 2009 U.S. Army Reserve Command Best Warrior Competition held at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 12-18. The competition brought 28 Soldiers and non-commissioned officers from Guam to New Hampshire to Fort McCoy to determine the best of the Army Reserve. The Army Reserve winners will then compete in the Department of the Army competition held later this year at Fort Lee, Va.
