Soldiers assigned to the U.S. Army Reserves 402nd Forward Surgical Team, from Devens, Massachusetts, evaluate casualties and treat wounded Soldiers during the units culminating training exercise (CTE), held here, April 14, 2015. The unit is training under the watchful eye of First Army Division West observer, coach/ trainers from the 479th Field Artillery Brigade's Medical Training Task Force in preparation for their upcoming deployment in support of global contingency operations.
