Capt. James Sills, commander, NAVELSG FORWARD JULIET reports to Capt. Vincent Martinez, commander of Task Force 56, as part of the tradition of the Navy's change of command ceremony. Sills assumed command from Capt. Marcus McCance during a ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, July 10. NAVELSG Forward conducts customs inspections in support of U.S. military operations throughout the Middle East to include Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan and Jordan.
