Sills assumed command from Capt. Marcus McCance during a ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, July 10. NAVELSG Forward conducts customs inspections in support of U.S. military operations throughout the Middle East to include Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan and Jordan.
