U.S. Navy explosive ordnance disposal technicians demonstrate a course of combat marksmanship using the M4 service rifle as part of a course of instruction on basic combat marksmanship during operation Infinite Response 09. Infinite Response is an exercise to improve interoperability and tactical proficiency in underwater mine countermeasures, combat marksmanship, anti-terrorism force protection diving, counter improvised explosive device tactics, tactical combat casualty care and dive medicine that strengthen overall military relations.
