New York Air National Guard Col. Timothy J. LaBarge, commander of the 105th Airlift Wing, addresses guests, media and members of the military community of Stewart Air National Guard base at a ribbon cutting event to officially open the 105th Airlift Wing's Base Defense Squadron Headqurters building. The opening was held shortly after the posthumous award of the Bronze Star Medal with Valor to Staff Sgt. Todd "T.J." Lobraico on April 11, 2015.
