Sgt. 1st Class Patrise Carpenter and Spc. Shatrese Frisby, Soldiers with the 679th Movement Control Team, worked in the Convoy Support Center, a one-stop shop for convoys, at Joint Base Balad. The 679th MCT recently returned from a one-year deployment to Iraq where they were responsible for the movement control process of supplies throughout the Joint Base Balad area of operations.
