    Staff Sgt. Allen J. Meier a petroleum laboratory specialist writes the vehicle's serial number on the door as Sgt. Daniel J. Kabat, a rario and communications security repairer reads it off of the dataplate. Both Soldiers are in the 321st Theater Materiel Management Center and work on the Army Materiel Command's Retrograde Property Accountability Team, inspceting vehicles as they are being turned in.
