    Capt. Kevin Cavanaugh, commanding officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell, holds his granddaughter after meeting her for the first time when the Boutwell returned to its homeport here, Wednesday, after a six-month deployment. During the patrol the crew conducted joint operations with the USS Boxer Expeditionary Strike Group, which participated in anti-piracy operations and training of foreign navies.
