To celebrate Women’s History Month, a discussion panel took place March 26 at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont. The panel was chaired by Malmstrom women, ranging from a senior airman to lieutenant colonel and civilians. The panel members shared their experiences and discussed what it means to be women in the Air Force and civilian workforce today. Master Sgt. Rebecca Clark, NCO in charge of the facilities maintenance section, and Senior Airman Bailey Cavanagh, facility maintenance team chief, both from the 341st Missile Maintenance Squadron, coordinated and moderated the event to help provide mentorship and inspiration to the women of Team Malmstrom.
