GREAT LAKES, Ill., (April 7, 2015) – Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Mike D. Stevens, the Navy’s top enlisted Sailor, hands the first electronic tablet (e-tablet) to Seaman Recruit Justin Belnap, 21, from Belmont, Calif., during the launch of an eSailor initiative at Recruit Training Command (RTC) here, Apr. 7. Forty new recruits received e-tablets as part of a pre-pilot beta test to help determine how well the devices will integrate into the training environment at RTC.
