Col. John Farnam, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar commanding officer, welcomes a Marine aboard MCAS Miramar, Calif., April 1. Col. Farnam passed out Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month cards at the base entrance. The station and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing will highlight the importance of sexual assault awareness and prevention throughout the month of April. Events include self-defense classes every Monday during the month of April and the 5th Annual SAPR Walk on April 21.
