Latvian soldiers wait to initiate the Anti-Personnel Obstacle Breaching System (APOBS) on the final day of Exercise Summer Shield at Adazi Military Base, March 31, 2015. Latvian soldiers detonated the APOBS and cleared a path to allow U.S. Marine combat engineers with Black Sea Rotational Force to emplace the Bangalore torpedo explosives.
