A military ceremony is taking place outdoors, likely a unit activation, inactivation, or change of command. Three senior officers in the foreground are handling a large ceremonial flag or guidon, with one wearing desert camouflage (DCU), one in ACU pattern, and one in maroon beret with ACU. Rows of soldiers wearing maroon berets stand in formation in the background, consistent with airborne or special operations units.
