Retired Lt. Gen. Robert R. Blackman speaks during the ground breaking ceremony at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, Va., March 27, 2015. The ceremony was held at the museum initiating the construction of an expansion to the site that will update the museum on the Marine Corps history during the Post-Vietnam War era. The expansion is expected to be completed in early 2017.
