A male athlete is riding a recumbent hand-cycle tricycle on an open paved road in what appears to be an arid, desert-like environment. He is wearing a red, white, and blue athletic jersey, a white helmet with visible text, and sunglasses, suggesting participation in a competitive cycling event. The rider's reclined position and the specialized adaptive equipment indicate this may be a Paralympic or adaptive sports competition.
