Robert Girrier, deputy commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, and U.S. Pacific Fleet Master Chief Marco Ramirez applaud the U.S. Pacific Fleet Sea and Shore Sailor of the Year (SOY) finalists during the 2014 PACFLT Sea and Shore SOY announcement ceremony at the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu.
