Occupational therapist Jacqueline Jurkowski, Warrior Transition Unit, Fort Bliss, Texas, leads a group of Soldier athletes in a discussion about transitioning into civilian life. The athletes took a day away from training for the 2015 Army Trials to educate themselves about challenges and opportunities they will encounter when they retire. Approximately 80 wounded, ill or injured Soldiers and veterans are at Fort Bliss to train and compete in a series of competitive athletic events including archery, cycling, shooting, sitting volleyball, swimming, track, and field, and wheelchair basketball. Army Trials, March 29 - April 2, is conducted by the Army Warrior Transition Command and hosted by Fort Bliss.
