A group of military personnel in a desert environment are actively pouring and spreading fresh concrete into a reinforced form using yellow-handled screed tools. The setting appears to be a forward operating base or military construction site, with concrete barriers, construction materials, and heavy equipment visible in the background. Several workers are actively engaged while others observe from the periphery.

Airmen with the 819th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron, Engineers Squadron, work together to pour and evenly distribute concrete used for the foundation of a new medical facility at Sather Air Base, June 13. The unit is building more facilities to house the influx of troops and medical equipment here as part of the influx as part of the U.S.-Iraqi Security Agreement signed in November 2008, which states service members are to withdraw from Iraqi cities by June 30.
