U.S. Marine Sgt. Stephen D. Outcault climbs a rock wall March 20 at the 1st Republic of Korea Marine Division Mountain Warfare Training Center in Pohang, South Korea. The Marines completed a five day mountain warfare training course led by ROK Marines with Mountain Warfare Training Unit, 1st ROK Marine Division as part of Korean Marine Exchange Program 15-14.2, a small-unit training exercise, which enhances the combat readiness and interoperability of the two forces. Outcault, from Smithtown, New York, is a mortarman with Weapons Company, 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, currently assigned to 4th Marine Regiment under the unit deployment program.
