U.S. Army Sgt. Christopher Gross of Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment takes notes while conducting a Sexual Harassment Assault Response and Prevention scenario during the Joint Multinational Readiness Center’s (JMRC’s) Best Warrior Competition at the JMRC in Hohenfels, Germany, March 17, 2015. Noncommissioned officers (NCOs) and lower enlisted Soldiers participated in the three-day competition during which their skills were tested in multiple areas including physical fitness, land navigation, marksmanship, and military knowledge.
