Capt. James M. Gibbs, commander of 2nd Cavalry Regiment’s Iron Troop, and Latvian Army Movement Control Commander Maj. Didzis Veidenbaums, work together as the unit crosses the Estonian and Latvian border. The 2nd Cavalry Regiment participates in Dragoon Ride as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a road march covering more than 1,800 kilometers and crossing five international borders.
