Spc. Laura Cox prepares to fire her arrow March 22, 2015, while Coach, Kinga Kiss-Johnson provides encouragement. Cox a member of the Fort Belvoir Warrior Transition Battalion, is from Green County Va. Kiss-Johnson, a 2011 and 2012 Warrior Games medalist and paralympian enjoys giving back to fellow Soldiers. Army Trials are being conducted March 29-April 2. Approximately 100 wounded, ill or injured Soldiers and veterans are at Fort Bliss to train and compete in a series of competitive athletic events including archery, cycling, shooting, sitting volleyball, swimming, track and field and wheelchair basketball. Army Trials competition is conducted by the Army Warrior Transition Command and hosted by Fort Bliss. Army Trials help determine who will get a spot on the Department of Defense Warrior Games 2015 Army Team in June at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Va.
