Hallford, a platoon sergeant assigned to Fox Troop, 2nd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment accounts for his troopers after they have boarded a C-17 Globemaster in order to travel to Mihail Kogalniceanu, Romania, in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, March 20-21, 2015.
