Janise Wilcox, a Tricare representative, hands out information packets on Tricare to Seaman Samantha Franklin at the Naval Station Norfolk pregnancy seminar. NAVSTA Norfolk conducts the quarterly pregnancy seminar to provide information on a wide range of topics aimed at better preparing mothers and fathers for parenthood. The seminar was open to all female and male sailors who have either had children or are contemplating starting families.
