Kevin Mussman, a tank officer assigned to Company D, 1st Battalion, 63rd Combined Arms Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, hands out pamphlets to Iraqis in the Khadir village, in the Abu Ghraib area here, June 22. The pamphlets asked for information about a recent IED strike and also advertised help available to the village through micro-grants. "In this region here, we are trying to get the local populace involved by asking them to help rebuild their country instead of placing improvised explosive devices," said Mussman, a native of Las Cruces, N.M.
