Otong Rusli, community leader, cleans up rubble at a construction site in his community, approximately 20 minutes from Bandung, Indonesia, June 22. The construction site is the future home of a Baby Care Clinic, built by engineers from the Tentara Nasional Indonesia-Ankatan Darat, or Indonesian army, and the Utah National Guard as part of Exercise Garuda Shield 09. Rusli volunteered his front yard as the site for the clinic.
