U.S. military vehicles sit outside the transportation vessel “Liberty Promise” after being offloaded from the ship March 13 at the Port of Bremerhaven. More than 300 pieces of equipment, including UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters, tracked vehicles, Humvees, troop carriers and assorted military cargo, will move onto sites in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, an ongoing mission designed to exemplify U.S. and NATO commitment to the region, build allied capability and interoperability, and bolster regional security and stability. Soldiers of the 1st Armor Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, will employ the armored vehicles during an upcoming training rotation. (Photo by Staff Sgt. Warren W.
