Karen Henson, from Fredericksburg, Va., a flight medic in Company C "Medevac," 2nd Battalion, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, puts on her surgical gloves as the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter approaches it's destination, June 22. The medevacs were called to transport a Soldier wounded by a grenade attack.
