Iraqi Soldiers of the 16th Iraqi army Division celebrate and cheer during their graduation ceremony upon completion of the Build Partner Capacity training March 5 at Besmaya Range Complex, Iraq. The training, which included infantry tactics, logistics, and counter-IED scenarios, was led by U.S. and Spanish coalition forces to aid in strengthening the Iraqi Army’s fight against the Islamic State.
