A Welcome Home Heroes presentation honoring Capt. William Hemme, operations officer with Fleet Support Division, was held during the fiscal year 2015 first quarter employee awards breakfast at Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., March 4. Hemme, who recently returned from a tour of Afghanistan and Kuwait, is draped with a patriotic-themed quilt made by the Apple Valley Regional Chapter of Quilts of Valor.
