Col. Jimmy L. Hall Jr., commander of 5th Signal Command, and Command Sgt. Maj. Harry Mercado, 5th Signal Command, speak with Greg Hatch, Wiesbaden High School principal, during a tour of the school’s classrooms and facilities March 11, 2015 at Wiesbaden High School. The 5th Signal Command sponsors the high school and provides technical assistance with computers, judges for competitions, mentors and volunteers to assist with school needs.
