Maj. Andrew Attar, a native of Bristol, Conn., joint project management officer, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Multi-National Division - Baghdad, inspects the newly installed solar panels on the roof of the Dahkel Clinic in the Hurriyah neighborhood of northwest Baghdad on June 17. As the main health clinic in Hurriyah, the solar panels will keep the clinic powered longer, providing more service to 500,000 Iraqis.
