Shawn Mahana speak with others in attendance at a transition team conference at the 4th Brigade, 1st Armored Division Tactical Operations Center, June 12. The conference provided a forum for transition team leadership to establish new relationships, share best practices and receive guidance on plans for the Dhi Qar, Maysan and Muthanna provinces. The transition teams advise and assist Iraqi security forces in accordance with the U.S.-Iraq Security Agreement.
