A C-130 Hercules lands on a dirt landing strip on Schoonover Landing Zone at Hunter-Ligget during the Hydra Exercise 2009. Hydra is a training exercise developed to provide a West Coast venue to train the 615 Contingency Response Wing's unique mission capabilities such as, command and control, aerial port, maintenance, air mobility liaison duties in a joint environment.
